add one month half-fare travel cards and family cards to my SBB account

Dear Sir or Madam,

I purchased 2 half-fare cards for me and my wife, and 2 family cards for my kids under 15. They don’t have a customer number listed. So, I am unable to add them to my SBB account. Should I just show the cards before boarding the train? How does this work?

The offers from the Swiss Travel System cannot be displayed in the app or add them to your account. You can show the cards at the control on the train.
