Hello! A few weeks ago, I had travelled to Switzerland - and lost a bag on an SBB train. After filing a lost and found report for a bag lost on an SBB train, I finally received notification that it has been found. However, because I am now back home in Canada, the bag needs to be shipped internationally.
In the email I received, it asks for a copy of my passport in order to let FedEx pass customs faster. I’m just a bit worried this might be a fraud email, and am asking here to confirm if this is normal or not. Thanks so much for all your help!!
