Hi! I need help. I purchased supersaver train tickets for 4 passengers less than 24 hours ago, Zermatt to VISP. I entered wrong birth year for one of the passengers. Instead of November 2001 and I entered November 2011. I paid reduced ½ instead of full fare. is there a solution to correct the birth year?

Hello Emoi

It is not possible to amend a Supersaver ticket.

You must buy another regular Point-to-point half fare ticket (not Supersaver ticket!) Zermatt-Visp for CHF 18.50. It is then valid together with your wrongly purchased Supersaver ticket (show both tickets upon ticket check).

There is no need to rectify the birth year, simply make sure the date of birth is correct when buying the regular half Fare ticket.
