Group tickets

I try to buy tickets for my family 7adults (5persons age +30 to 42 and 2seniors age +62 and66 with 2children age 18 months and 3years). The on line tickets allow to reserve up to six passengers. How can I do. For the International train, can I use Swiss Pass for discount.

My starting date is 13 July

Depending on what is offered as a group rate in different countries, online reservations may or may not be possible for multiple people. The best thing to do is to contact our hotline on +41848 44 66 88. You can order the ticket over the phone using a credit card. The tickets will then be sent to you by post. I wish you a good trip.

Is there a different number to call? I have tried the above number and it does not go through. Or is it only available certain hours, even though it shows 24/7?
