Bicycle reservation

Hi,

I have been trying to book my bicycle on the night train from Utrecht Centraal to Zurich departing Utrecht @ 21.03 on the 7th of August but have not been able to get through to the operator on the number provided. I am dialing from the UK and the number I am calling is +41848446688.

As mentioned, I have made several attempts at connecting but have failed to speak to anybody. This has already cost me more than £10 in calling charges. Could someone please let me know if there is anyway I can reserve a space for my bicycle online or in any other way before departure, since bookings are compulsory?

According to my information, a bicycle online resavation is not possible. If you are calling from abroad and the number +41 848 44 66 88 doesn’t work, please try +41 51 225 78 00.
