Log in to swisspass.ch with your login. On the start page, you will be asked to enter your customer number, postcode and date of birth. Then click on “Link now”. The customer number is the number in the format 000-000-000-0 on your SwissPass card.
Please check your name, address and telephone number etc. as stored in your customer account on swisspass.ch. These details must be identical to those on your SwissPass card (e.g. no nicknames, check double names etc.). If you still receive the error message, get in touch with us using the contact form. Let us know your customer number and send us a screenshot of the page with the error message.
