Flight lost due to train failure

On 13.06.2022 the train CIV 1185 0083 from VISP with direction to GALLARATE, departure at 12.33 which was supposed to arrive at 14.05, was delayed due to a technical failure of the train - the air conditioner was not working. We faced terrible situation of suffocation in the train full of passengers. Moreover, train came with delay, due to which we missed the flight.

We are official delegation and need the confirmation of the delay, as well as reasons and conditions of compensation.

Thank you very much for your suggestion.

However, as I mentioned that we were in work trip, we need official confirmation of the delay of the train, indicating the duration of delay and the cause.
