If you already did the onlineID-check, you should have received a custumer number.
Please call our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min) and give them your first name, last name and date of birth.
They will be able to see in the system if anything went wrong, and of course also give you the customer number.
