Customer Reference Number

Hello

I have created an account on SBB mobile I have purchased a half fare Swiss Pass.

I cannot upload my card to the SBB app as I do not know the customer reference.

The only number on the Swiss Pass is 12 digits.

No numbers in the format xxx-xxx-xxx-x.

Please help!

Hi there hgusp29

You need to enter the “CKM-Number” which is 10 digits like you mentioned (xxx-xxx-xxx-x). This number is below your date of birth on the SwissPass (see attached picture).

Can you tell me what CKM means? Because Customer Reference Number would be CRN.
