I do not have a Swiss Bank Account and the online compensation form for international delays requires a Swiss Bank Account. How are people from other countries supposed to file for compensation. I have also tried calling + 41 51 225 78 00 number that was provided by SBB and no one answers the phone. This is very frustrating to deal with the compensation process for no fault of ours. Can Someone at SBB give a clear process and direction to the people from Outside of Switzerland on how we can claim our compensation. Currently the claim compensation process process has gaps and needs to be addressed by SBB. Is there an email who we can write to about this, as currently no email address has been provided on the SBB website where the customers can reach out to.
