If the ticket is a national ticket and the conditions for reimbursement are met, the order will be cancelled and the corresponding amount will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase. If you purchased the ticket with your login, you will see the corresponding note in your costumer account in the SBB Mobile App or on www.sbb.ch.
If for any reason we are unable to make the refund, we will inform you by e-mail. Because we currently have many requests to process, it may take a little longer than usual for you to hear from us.
