Inquiry for refund due to double payment

I would like to inquire about the ticket I purchased on April 30.

As far as I remember, when I paid with card number 1, the voucher didn’t come by email, so I think I proceeded with card number 2 again.

1. AmericanExpress - 30 April, 13:40
2. Mastercard - 30 April, 13:42

The payment amount is 57.20CHF, of course, the same.
I haven’t received any mail about payment number 1 and I request a refund accordingly.
