Is it possible to change travel date for my ticket?

I`ve purchaed ticket traveling on 29th may and want to change it to 28th may.

Sould i cancel my ticket and buy new one?

I`ve also tried to apply for a refund, and it keep shows me an error.

Please let me know how i should do.

We cannot make any changes on a ticket once the purchase has been completed. Therefore, please purchase a new ticket with the correct data and then fill out the following form to request a refund of the first order:
