I have a lost report K2022/049421 for a huawei smartphone P30 lite that matched a found report F2022/028053 with the same general characteristics and the same day, only different mobile operator and I was told when calling the sbb lost and found number that the reports do not match. I have provided IMEI in the report, serial number and SIM number. Can I have from sbb a check again and a written resolution that the reports do or do not match? thanks
