To upload your sons’ photos to their private swisspass profile on https://www.swisspass.ch/picture, each of them must have their own swisspass account with their own e-mail address and password. Otherwise it will not work.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you further via the sbb community for data protection reasons.
If you were unable to reach us by phone because of the waiting time, try calling us outside normal office hours (very early in the morning or later in the evening, like after 8pm in the Zurich time zone).
