Can I edit my start date for my Swiss pass

On April 15, 2022 I purchased two Flex Swiss Pass 15 day tickets. However, I did not choose the start date I need and my start date began on April 16. Can I get the start date changed or do I need to pursue a refund and make a new purchase. I submitted a refund request but have not heard anything.

It was the right way to submitt a refund request.
