Hi, can someone get back to me pls? My seat reservation was on 15 Apr 2022. But I was sick and I wrote in on 14 Apr 2022; no response. Then on 15 Apr, 9am I went personally to SBB counter at Luzern train station to inform that I’m unable to go onboard the trip because I’m super unwell. These were all before the start of the journey. I have medical certificate for my illness as proof.
