Hi, I’d like to ask you one more time. i book a reservation SBB Ticket(From Basel to Adelboden) through SBB Site again and again.
and This situation has been repeated.
i made a reservation three times but i didn’t received an email confirming my order yet,
and the order is not displayed on my account.
What should I do? Should I reschedule my appointment?
and i paid by credit card and When will the card approval be canceled?
Because of this happening, I paid 240 francs and I’d like to get a refund.
Help me, Please.
