Photo upload for junior card

Hi, i bought junior cards for my daughters last week. I was asked to upload a picture and a link was sent by sms. But, the link has now expired and i am not sure how to upload the photo now. How can i request for a new link? Or can i upload it in my swisspass account somehow?

Thank you for your question.

You can call our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center (0848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min) and give the customer numbers of your daughters, they will send you a new link.

If you want to upload the photos on SwissPass directly, you need to set up a personal SwissPass account for each of your kids.

One must have a lot of time in order to get a new link which is very annoying. I have tried to get trough to the Contact Center several times already and have given up after 10 min. since I call them every time from abroad. Setting up a SwissPass account for your kids is not so easy, since - if I understood it correctly - they need their own email-adress. All I need is someone giving me two links for this process to go on and get a SwissPass for my kids.
