The lost property form on our website is basically the only option we can offer you.
If someone found your paper bag in the bus and turned it in at one of our SBB counters in one of our train stations, then the bag will be stored in our lost and found center and once it gets there, it will be scanned and registered in our data base. We will then, search for possible matches based on all the lost and found reports that have been submitted, including yours.
But the question is, who found the bag? Does that person have the good will to return it?
I wish I could be of more help, but for now you’ll have to be patient. If we find your bag, we will contact you.
