Dear SBB, I would like to know the customer number and other infromation of my previous Half Fare Card. I am trying to resgister in online. I have lost my previous Half Fare card and the time I visited switzerland was 2019. I would like to use my previous Half Fare Card starting Setpember 2022 for a year. For this case, do I need to resgister for new card or can I use my previous card if I register for the card? so, How do I do it? and If I put informaton of Half Fare Card in app, do I still need to show my Half Fare Card while tickeing in the train? or I can use my app without brining the card every time?
