I am trying to purchase tickets for 12 people from Zermatt to Paris July 11, 2022. The “Purchase” button is crossed of and not functioning for any route. I thought perhaps it is too soon to purchase, but it does the same thing if I put in a date 30 day, 45days, or 60 days i advance also. I have tried to call the sbb phone number from USA but the call will not go through. Any suggestions of how to purchase tickets?

If our regular number (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min) does not work, please try 0041 51 225 78 00.

You can also try to split the journey while doing the online purchase: the first section Zermatt > Geneva (or the departure train station) and then Geneva > Paris.
