Transitional SwissPass + Rail Plus

Hi all,

I just ordered a SwissPass with the Half Fare travelcard (28th of March). I would like to use both my Half Fare travelcard and the Rail Plus for my travel to Italy this weekend. However, I will only receive my plastic SwissPass in 10 days time. I got a confirmation that I will receive a transitional SwissPass for the coming days. Will I receive this via post or online, and will this arrive coming Thursday (31st of March) at the latest? And is it also possible to use the Rail Plus with this transitional SwissPass?

You could also pick up your transitional SwissPass directly from us at the counter. You don’t really have to wait.

It should also not be a problem to get the Rail Plus at the counter.
