Hi,

I’m trying to buy a ticket online from Zurich HB to Armstetten in Austria from the 16th August to 19th August but every time I get through the dates and timetables, I am not able to proceed and buy the ticket.

There’s alwasy a message saying:

This connection is not bookable online. Private customers can book this connection at the SBB Contact Center 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or at the SBB Travel Center.

And that the time before the intended request is too short, but it’s 2 days away…

I’m not in Switzerland at the moment so can’t call the helpline, is there a way that I can buy or contact the SBB online?

Due to construction works, services are limited.

You can buy the ticket from Austrian Railways online: ÖBB Tickets (oebbtickets.at)

SBB international hotline would be +41 51 225 78 56, 24/7, waiting times may occur. There is no other way to contact SBB from abroad.
