Monthly Extension Ticket for my Existing Subscription

I have zone 110 yearly travel card. But, I plan to move to area 121. The price of the card I own(zone 110) is 85 CHF per month while the price of the card with zones 110 and 121 is 125CHF. I’d like to ask whether I can buy the 121 zone extension to my existing subscription for 40 CHF?

When I try to buy zone 110 and zone 121 (from Flughafen to Zurich HB), I’m asked to pay 125CHF. So, the app doesn’t care my existing card information and it always shows the full price.
