Aufgrund der Annullierung von Zügen auf der Strecke Basell SBB und Mailand Centrale ist mein Eurocity 153 um 15.03 Uhr) auf der Strecke durch den Gotthardtunnel die Lösung, um die Strecke über Visp, Brigs Domossola nach Mailand Centrale zu wählen.

Ich komme am 16. August um 13 Uhr von Berlin nach Basel SBB und was dann?

Kindly call the SBB hotline at +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur) to exchange your ticket. Alternatively, go to the SBB ticket center in Basel SBB station.

With your current ticket, you can travel as far as Domodossola, yet you will need a seat reservation on the Eurocity from Domodossola to Milano C. Therefore, you better exchange the ticket.
