TWINT authorizations are not definitive debits. Although they are displayed on the bank account, these transactions can be automatically released again. Once the transaction has been released, it will no longer be visible on your bank statement. This can take between 7 and 14 days with TWINT. For this reason, please wait for your final bank statement.
We recommend ordering tickets with SwissPass-login and not as a “guest” over www.sbb.ch or using the app. So, your orders will be also visible to you in your account. But if a booking is not listed in your swisspass-account, it means that the booking did not work and your means of payment was actually, not debited. Please log in on sbb.ch/en and click on “Orders”.
