To make only the seat reservations on tourist trains like the Gotthard PEX, you need to go to a counter or call us with a valid credit card for payment. We are aware of our customers’ need for a digital solution and are already working on it. We thank you for your understanding.
At the latest before your first journey, you can activate your swiss travel flex pass at activateyourpass.com. Your receipt will contain all the information you need to activate your travel date: Your reference number, first name, last name and date of birth.
- For each activated travel date, a ticket valid for your trip is created. This ticket can be accessed at any time via activateyourpass.com.
- E-tickets can be presented to conductors as a printout or on mobile devices.
- Already activated travel data can be deactivated/changed as often as desired until the start of the validity period at 23:59.
- Activated tickets can no longer be deactivated/changed on the day of travel.
If you want to have both tickets on one device, you can save the tickets as PDF documents and download them to your phone instead of printing them out.
It is not possible to add these tickets in the SBB Mobile app. More info here
