Hi, I have made an error booking the half fare card for September, I booked it on 29th of July and thought it was valid for 1 month from the first time we use it.we arrive in 10th of September. However just reviewing the email booking it is valid from 29th of July to 28th of August which is of no use to us. Can anyone advise if we can change the valid dates.we can prove it has not been used.

Thank you for your request.

After the first day of validity, the season ticket is only refundable if proof of non-use is provided. A fee is also charged. You must clarify this directly with the SBB Contact Center: phone 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) / from abroad +41 51 225 78 56.
