Marriage certificate or form for Duo Partner GA Travel Card

We want to get a Duo Partner GA Travel Card and on the instructions is asking for a copy of the family register or partnership certificate. We are not Swiss and we got married in Finland, but we are Spanish. We are register in Switzerland, of course, since we have been living here for more than a 1.5 years.

My questions are:

Will it suffice for obtaining the travel card for the other partner with the marriage certificate from Finland, or do we need to get a local one?
It would be cheaper an easier just to complete the form and get it attested by our local authority?

Thank you for your request.

In order to benefit from a GA Duo Partner, you have Simply to completed by your local authority. The holder of the standard GA Travelcard must also be identified.This is sufficient to benefit from a GA Duo Partner.

LauraV I’m slightly confused here… when you mean “Simply” you mean this form? Can you know if the competition will cost us any money? Thank!

That’s right, it’s this form. The document to be signed by the authorities is not free of charge. Depending on the commune, it costs CHF 20.00 or 25.00.
