Did you do thi purchase as a guest?
If there was not ticket purchase, it means the amount is only temporarily reserved and will be releasd automatically.
You will see the amount credited back to your bank account in a couple of days.
Please log in when you try again to buy the tickets: you will find them all afterwards under the section “my orders”.
To prevent any error to occur again, I suggest as well that you delete your cookies and browser history.
