We cannot track when you have traveled with your subscription. For data protection reasons and humanity, we cannot and do not want to do this. Therefore a retroactive deposit is not possible. A deposit in the future is meant: You go on vacation for 2 weeks from today - you call the contact center and deposit in advance for this time your subscription. After completion of the deposit or when you return from vacation, the subscription is valid again. In addition, a credit for the deposited days will then be credited to the next possible invoice. If you do not want to pay 8 Swiss centimes per minute for a quick resolution of the problem, you can find all the information free of charge on sbb.ch or in the help section the contact form, which have replaced the mail addresses to respond more efficiently to customer inquiries. Is of course up to you. Otherwise, you can also go directly to a SBB counter free of charge and they will show you again the deposit process or the general conditions of your contract.
