Where is my SwissPass

I have a problem, I bought the in SBB Reisezentrum SwissPass at the checkout in Luzern. I gave my photos and signed all the papers. I got in exchange a temporary SwissPass because in a short time they were to send me a permanent version. The validity of the temporary SwissPass expired on 24.11.2021 and so far I have not received my SwissPass and it is already February. What can I do about it?

Please contact our contact center by calling the number 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.) to check if there’s an issue with the order. In the meantime you can go again to a staffed SBB counter and ask for a new printed temporary swisspass.

Thanks for the hints, none of them work for me at the moment. I am currently staying in another country, so I will not approach the counter. Also I can’t call from another country because the price of the call will be more than the value of the SwissPass. Email would be the best solution in this case. But as far as I can see it is not publicly available. In this case, can a relative of my, approach the counter on my behalf and find out what is wrong?

Yes that’s also possible, that a relative goes to the SBB counter for you. The e-mail adresses are not existing anymore, in this case we have our contact form on www.swisspass.ch/contact. You can also proceed via the form on swisspass.ch.
