Thanks for the hints, none of them work for me at the moment. I am currently staying in another country, so I will not approach the counter. Also I can’t call from another country because the price of the call will be more than the value of the SwissPass. Email would be the best solution in this case. But as far as I can see it is not publicly available. In this case, can a relative of my, approach the counter on my behalf and find out what is wrong?
