Junior Swisspass, mistaken name

I hope you can help me. My son received his re-newed Junior card today, and as per the new requirements it is indeed a Swiss Pass. The problem is that the card has my name and date of borth on it (and my son’s picture). Did they make a mistake when they issued the Swiss Pass? The temporary card that we received when we were on the counter (the one that we could use while we wait for the SwissPass to be issued) was all OK- with his names on it etc
