I purchased two tickets under my name with the same date and destination. This is easily done when the SBB Mobile App does not have a confirmation page before you actually pay for the ticket. To those who are looking to purchase from this site, be aware! Alternatively, look on other train comparison sites e.g. trainline as they have a confirmation page to show you all the details before you actually choose to pay for the ticket.
I paid CHF 70.00 for each ticket and requested for the ticket name to be changed to my partner’s name, I received a response advising that I would need to purchase a new ticket as they cannot change the name, they then advised that they will credit me CHF 51.00 including the CHF 10.00 fee. How h did they even work that out? I paid CHF 70.00 and a CHF 10.00 fee would mean that a refund of CHF 60.00 should be credited back to my account.
I am highly dissatisfied and I definitely will not be using this website in the future nor recommend this to any friends or family. I have also emailed a complaint however have not received a response; typical. The customer service is terrible and they definitely need to take this feedback on board as I am sure there are others that have experienced the same issue as I have.
