I have bought 3 Saver day passes for travel in Sept 2023 and have decided to extend 3 more days in Switzerland. Hence, I would like to buy a 6 days Swiss Travel Pass.

1. May I refund the 3 Saver day passes and how do I do that?

2. Can the refund be online instead of calling the call center since I am outside Switzerland?

Saver offers are genarally not refundable. I still recommend you to submit a refund equest to check if a refund is possible exeptionally. Please use this form.

In order to refund the Saver Day Passes, you have to buy the Swiss Travel Pass first. The latter serves as proof of a new ticket that was bought in lieu of the Saver Day Pass. Both tickets must bear the same names of the passengers travelling.
