It is not possible to buy tickets from Trenitalia for Como to Interlaken as Trenitalia can only issue tickets to Spiez. You would have to buy a separate ticket Spiez to Interlaken Ost from sbb.ch. Alternatively, book the entire trip on sbb.ch.
