Cannot apply half fare card to snow and rail train ticket

Hi, I bought a snow and rail ticket and I have a valid half fare card. However, when checking out, the half fare ticket cannot be applied to the train ticket.

Btw, the half fare card works well on?mobile app.

So I paid full price, can I get refund for it without a fare? If so, how? And how to avoid this problem for the next time?

If your SwissPass account is connected to your costumer number, the half fare travelcard will appear on the SBB Mobile app.

You can change the reduction under «My Settings» and «Travelers» or in the step «Ticket Option» during the purchase. Please click on «Edit travelers».

The reduced price is not automatically calculated even if the SwissPass is registered in the app SBB Mobile.
