Hello 🙂 This is KS LEE.

I heard there is luggage sending service at specific stations.

I want to use the luggage sending service from Interlaken OST to Grindelwald, sending and collecting on the same day.

1. When is the last time I can collect my luggage at Grindelwald station? ( on the site it says 6pm but the other says 5PM..)

2. What if I couldn’t make the time and have to collect my luggage on the next day? Is there any penalty?

3. Where do I have to visit to use this luggage sending service on Interlaken OST and Grindelwald?

Thank you for your request.

The luggage office in Grindelwald is open until 6 PM. If you arrive later than this, you can go to the counter at 08.00 Uhr the next day, no worries, without penalty.
You’ll find all the information you need about luggage delivery here. Express baggage service is only available with luggage door to door.
