Error when processing Refund

I’m trying to use your online form to process the Refund Request for my tickets for 12/23 and 12/30 that I am no longer able to use due to my trip being canceled. Everytime I submit the form it get “Error occurred when processing”. How can I make this request go through??

Please try to use another web browser and try if it works that way. Otherwise it helps to delete the cookies and the browsing history. However, if it does not work, you can also submit the refund request by phone at +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).

Calling an international number is not always possible or straightforward.

Is there an online channel/e-mail/postal address that can be used? I just wish to submit the information which I’ve been unable to do online.

[I’ve tried three different browsers on two computers, cleared cookies, but still get the same error message “An error occurred when processing” - without any explanation as to what is causing the error.]
