Hi there.

I have purchased two tickets for the wrong date (15th Oct instead of 16th).

Can I get a refund or change the date?

(Change from October 16th to 15th)

This is possible if the ticket is a point-to-point ticket. Any Supersaver ticket and Saver Day Pass are not refundable.
