Comprei 2 ingressos, um para mim e outro para minha esposa, mas os ingressos estavam ambos em meu nome. Preciso mudar o nome em um dos passes, ou isso não é importante?

We do not speak Portugese. We can communicate in either German, French, Italian, or English.

Each e-ticket must bear the name of the person travelling. The name on the ticket must match the name in the person’s passport. A physical official ID or passport must be presented during ticket check.

You have to buy a new ticket for your husband, on his name - that’s important! The tickets you bought are Supersaver tickets. They are not refundable, the wrong ticket is therefore lost.

Also, it is not wise to buy Supersaver ticket when arriving by air. They are valid for a certain connection only. Is your flight arriving late, then you have to buy new tickets at normal fare.
