I bought the Swiss Half Fare Pass and set the wrong activation date, how can I change or update the activation date for my Swiss Half Fare Pass. Help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible to modify the initial date of validity of the Swiss Half Fare Card, provided that it has not yet been utilised. To do this, call the SBB Contact Center at +41 51 225 78 56, 24/7, waiting times may occur.

Hi Roland,

I live in the US and will be traveling to Milan and then Interlaken early next week I do not have the ability to call internationally currently and was hoping to may be email the SBB help desk or may communicate online with them would that work?

SBB cannot be reached by e-mail. The only way to communicate with them is either by contact form, or phone. By contact form the response may take multiple days.
