They say they can’t make a reservation.

There’s construction work between Milano - Domodossola - Milano until 10.09.2023. Afterwards, cunstruction work will be done. For more information please go to: IT - Trenitalia.

If you cannot reserve the EC from Bern to Milan in October, the train is already full.
