Bug on the mobile app, when issuing a daily bike pass on a ticket issued for guest
Dear SBB CFF Mobile App team,
I ordered my son’s Paul a single ticket from NYON to KUSNACHT ZH as changed name (from *Admin: First name and surname hidden for data protection reasons) my app account to his name (*Admin: First name and surname hidden for data protection reasons) as guest account in the App)
I selected the bike option to the ticket (a day pas 14CHF was automatically suggested)
And the Bike ticket issued was automatically allocated to my name (Benoit as parent) as opposed to my son’s name (Paul as Guest)
It creates confusion to the ticket controller,
I believe this coulb be a BUG in the mobile app
