I purchased 3 saver day passes and one day pass children for our family on 3 July 2023. I have the confirmation email printed out and the printed tickets. They are now all missing from my profile both on the website and my app. Please help! The tickets are for 16 October. My visa was charged for the tickets.
The other problem is that these were supposed to cover travel from Zurich to Chur to ride the Bernina Express to Tirano but I now see there will be construction and warnings of cancellation and delays. How do we know if we will be able to travel from Zurich to Chur? We may have to leave a day early but how do we confirm there will be any trains between the cities and we would have to buy another round of tickets correct if we leave early? Due to this stress we are considering going from Zurich to Locarno to Milan instead, but it appears we have to book two separate trips or would these missing day passes cover us for that route and we just get on the trains? I see the option to reserve a seat but no way to do it. Please advise. Thank you. - Megan
