The problem is that we don’t arrive until 14 October and have to know if we are able to get to Chur by 8:38am 16 October as the Bernina Express tickets from Chur are purchased. If not, would have to cancel a hotel room in Zurich, find one in Chur, and still find a way to get to Chur. If not done by a certain date, we have to pay for the room and may not find hotel in Chur that close to the day. I am not familiar with the Swiss rail system so I read the warning posted in the schedule as literal. It says their could be cancellations or delays. For example, if all morning trains are cancelled on 16 October, we will miss the Bernina express and all of the other train rides I have tickets for later in the day. I don’t know how to trust we will get there. Also, my tickets have disappeared from my SBB account with no explanation. I luckily printed them out but have no way to prove they are still valid. I will have to keep trying to reach someone to get help.
