Collect tickets in Italy

Hi there,

I am travelling from Milan to Lausanne, and I have booked all the trip with the SBB. Having paid, I never received the tickets and I was told to collect them from a SBB station in Switzerland. Since I do not live in Switzerland is there any way to access my tickets?

Tickets purchased online on sbb.ch can either be picked up at a train station in Switzerland or printed out before departure.

Thank you very much for the reply. My issue is that I never received the tickets so I cannot print them out. I just received an order number and the receipt showing that I paid for them.

Unfortunately the number you mentioned does not work for me being outside Switzerland.
