Hello,
I am very dissatisfied with the pass. I bought a 1st class pass, expecting to travel around the balkans. When I bought it I was never told that from Croatia to Sebia and from there to Bosnia there was no train. The websites are not reliable and I had to buy bus tickets to do this trip.
I paid a lot for the ticket, but I am not taking advantage for it, probably it would be cheaper to travel by bus for the whole journey.
I am not expecting a full refund because that is not fair either, but I hope you can find a way to compensate this situation which is not fair for me either.

Hello,

I bought the Interrail Global Pass 1st class adult for 15 days. 31.07 to 14.08.

I bought it from the SBB offices in HB Bern.

My idea was to “go down the Balkans” from Bern, cross to Italy and return to Bern.

Unfortunately I have to do most of the trip buy bus, and had to buy a plane ticket from Montenegro to Poland and from there take the train. I am quite disappointed to be honest since I had to return before expected and also just visited half of the cities I wanted.
