I am finding it difficult to purchase a train ticket from Milan to Zurich. Because of the RE from Milano Centrale to Lugano, you can just split it up in 2 purchases. First type in Milano Centrale - Lugano - 21.08.2021 dep. 12.43h and after that on buy. Then you can simply buy the ticket from Lugano to Zurich HB on the website sbb.ch or the SBB mobile app.
